How to use

Instructions for Medical Campaign

  1. Only CSV file accepted
  2. Use this CSV sample, then rename it with no space or special character. ie: myfile.csv
  3. If CSV contains more than 100 row, it will automatically rejected. Split into separate file.
  4. Fill `short_url` if you want to use custom short URL, otherwise leave it blank. Default : generated from first name combined with `bisa`, ie `budibisa`.
  5. Fill `title` if you want to use custom title campaign, otherwise leave it blank and it will automatically copied from campaign. Default : Campaign ID title
  6. Fill `online_bulk` if you want to switch on online_bulk flag, otherwise leave it blank. Default : 0
  7. Fill `funding_target` if you want to set Donation target, otherwise leave it blank. Default : IDR 25.000.000
  8. Fill `user_id` if you want to set existing user, if this field not empty then matix will ignore `first_name`, `last_name` & `wa_phone_number`.
  9. Fill `send_notification` with 0 if you dont want to send SMS to user, otherwise leave it blank or fill with 1.
  10. Fill `beneficiary_target` with `self/family/friend/others`
  11. Fill `beneficiary_name` if `beneficiary_target` value `family/friend/others`, otherwise it will fill with User Full Name automatically
  12. Fill `family_relationship` if `beneficiary_target` value is `family`
  13. Fill `beneficiary_emergency_contact` if `beneficiary_target` value is `friend/others`.
  14. Fill `beneficiary_emergency_contact` if `beneficiary_target` value is `family`. Otherwise it will fill with User Whatsapp Number automatically
  15. Fill `is_hospitalized` with `1` if beneficiary get treatment from hospital, otherwise leave it blank. Default : 0
  16. Fill `hospital_name` if `is_hospitalized` value is `1`
  17. Fill `treatment` if `is_hospitalized` value is `0` or blank
